I'm a minor (under 18 years old). Can I still attend?

Yes! If you are a minor and you plan on attending Setsucon, please be sure to read our policies on minors and parental consent.

Is food provided by the convention?

No, food is not included in the cost of registration.


What do I need to bring with me to the convention for registration purposes?

But I don't have a Photo ID?

If you are over 18 and have no photo ID, contact our Registration Director with your situation via the Contact Us page on the website.

Is there a separate line for pre-registration at the convention?

Yes. There will be a separate line for pre-registration and for at-con registration.

What if I forgot to pre-register? Can I still attend?

Yes, you can still register at the convention during regular registration hours.

What hours will the registration desk be open?

Pre-registered attendees for Weekend or Saturday badges can pick up their badges as early as Friday, January 25 and through the weekend. At-door registration for Weekend or Saturday badges will open Saturday morning, January 26, and remain open through the weekend. Sunday badges will be able to be picked up on Sunday, January 27.

I didn't receive a confirmation email. Am I pre-registered?

Confirmation emails will be sent to everyone who provides a valid email address through the Mail-In Pre-Registration form provided on our website. Those who do not provide a valid email address will not be sent a confirmation email. Typically, it can take up to 2 weeks for us to receive items once they are mailed. Mail may take even longer to reach us during University holidays (i.e., Thanksgiving, Winter Break).

Attendees who pre-register via our online vendor should automatically receive a confirmation email through our online vendor. If you do not receive one, please contact our Registration Director.

I've already pre-registered. When will you mail me a badge?

Setsucon does not send badges by mail. Attendees who pre-register can pick up their badges at the Registration Desk.

What if I'm not affiliated with Penn State? How do I indicate this on the mail-in registration form? Can I still attend?

You do not have to be affiliated with Penn State to attend. On the mail-in registration form, to indicate that you are not affiliated with Penn State, simply leave all the boxes unchecked.
