HALL COSPLAY
Thank you for your interest in being a part of our Hall Cosplay! Check out our rules and policies below and take the time to read them carefully before submitting your application. If you have any questions, please contact our Hall Cosplay Coordinator via the Contact Form.
Hall Cosplay applications will be open from November 20th, 2023 until January 26th, 2024. Applications will also be available day-of convention prior to 12:00pm. It is highly recommended that you pre-register for the Hall Cosplay Contest online before the convention so that we can properly accommodate everyone. If waiting until in-person to complete registration, make sure to submit them to the Cosplay HQ desk before 12:00pm in order to get a spot. Reference material can be submitted with the form or brought in-person to the judging.
Hall Cosplay entrants must be registered for the convention prior to being allowed to enter into the Hall Cosplay Contest. Judging will be held from 10:30am – 2:30pm on Saturday of the convention. Awards for the Hall Cosplay Contest will be awarded at the end of the Masquerade Showcase.
Setsucon cannot wait to see your awesome cosplay! Make sure to familiarize yourself with the rules before applying.
Take time to understand some of the rules that we have about the judging slots.
Want to take your cosplay to the main stage? Join us at the Masquerade Showcase, where we will have a fashion show of Hall Cosplay entrants, where each will get a chance to come on stage and show off their hard work. No need to register separately for the Masquerade to participate in the show – all Hall Cosplay entrants will automatically be entered into the fashion show. The time for cosplayers to gather backstage for this will be announced during Hall Cosplay judging.
Please complete the below application to the best of your ability and as complete as possible. This application, and the contents held within, shall be used by our Hall Cosplay Coordinator to review your submission to our Hall Cosplay. Please ensure that you read all policies and information ahead of applying, as submitting an application binds you to these policies.
On behalf of the Setsucon staff, thank you for your interest in this contest, and we look forward to seeing your amazing cosplay.
