What does "Additional Artists" or "Additional Vendors" mean?

Post by Maggie » Mon Sep 06, 2010 4:36 pm

I have been getting some questions about this, so to clear up the confusion, there is a spot on the AA and Vendor reg forms for additional artists or vendors. This is to be used to enter the names of people who you are planning to share your table with or who will be helping you out at your table. In order to receive an exhibitors pass to Setsucon instead of a regular attendee pass, they should be registered on either the Vendor's or Artist's registration form. They do NOT need to register through regular convention registration if they will be attending as an exhibitor. Parental consent forms for persons under the age of 18 will still be required.

Additionally, you only need to click the "Add" button to add an additional field beyond what is already displayed. Any field that is displayed on the form when you hit the "Submit" button is submitted. So if you are an artist who wants to bring a second artist, simply fill out their name in the "Additional Artists" field, fill out the rest of the form, and click submit. If you would need to bring a third artist, you would click "Add" and fill out the third artist's name in the provided field. If you have accidentally added an extra field that you do not need (you're only bringing yourself and two artist friends, but you have three "Additional Artists" fields), you can click the "Del" button to remove a blank/unneeded field.

Please let us know if any of the forms are confusing or if you have any suggestions on how to improve the forms for better understanding or ease of use. Thanks!
