Convention Hours: Friday 5:00pm-11:30pm | Saturday 9:00am-12:00am | Sunday 9:00am-6:00pm
All Weekend, Saturday, and Sunday badge types grant attendees full access to panels, tournaments, contests, exhibitors hall, major events, concerts, dances, gaming areas, viewings, and other programming event areas during the scheduled public times.
Friday Convention is a Limited Program Day and is Included Free with Weekend or Saturday Badge Purchase
Friday Includes Panels, Viewings, Video Gaming, Tabletop, Cosplay Events, and a Musical Event (Exhibitors is Closed)
Badge price tiers end at 11:59:59pm ET on the final posted day of the badge tier.
Weekend Badges grant convention access starting Friday, January 31st and ending Sunday, February 2nd.
Saturday Badges grant convention access starting Friday, January 31st and ending Saturday, February 1st.
Sunday Badges grant convention access only on Sunday, February 2nd.

Chaperone Weekend Badges for parents or chaperones (ages 18+) attending the convention with a child. Purchase the Chaperone + Weekend badge on our Eventbrite page with your information and include the name of the child you are chaperoning in the comments — you do not need to purchase an additional badge outside of this package for your child. This badge includes:
Setsucon offers a Pre-Registration group rate of 10% Off to any group of 10 or more attendees Pre-Registering for Weekend Badges. This discount rate is only available for Pre-Registration and is not available at the door. The price rates are:
Children 5 Years of Age and Younger as of January 31st, 2025 can attend Setsucon 2025 for free with an accompanying parent/guardian (must be full badge purchase – not a chaperone badge). We require the full name of any such child when the accompanying parent/guardian registers.
All Attendees younger than 18 years of age as of January 31st, 2025 must have a parent, legal guardian, or a designated chaperone registered for the convention (with a badge). This means that either a parent, legal guardian, or a chaperone has a badge.
All Attendees younger than 18 years of age as of January 31st, 2025 must have a signed by parent or legal guardian and completed Parental Consent to Attend Setsucon form when they arrive at Setsucon. If the minor attendee will have a chaperone, the chaperone must sign in the appropriate spot below (not instead of) the parent signature.
Minors without appropriately completed parental consent forms when they arrive at the convention cannot be admitted to Setsucon.

We offer both online pre-registration and in-person at-con registration to help make registering for the convention fast and easy. Check out the information below for availability of each registration timeframe.
Online Pre-Registration will open on July 24th, 2024 and will end on January 14th, 2025. Badges will also be available for purchase online between January 15th, 2025 and February 2nd, 2025 at the at-con rate. To Register Online, follow the link to our online pre-registration portal above.
Badges will be available for purchase at-con during the above registration available hours. Purchases at the desk are cash only, but you can register online during the weekend of the event to use a credit card.
Founded in 2007 by the Penn State Anime Organization, Setsucon brings anime, manga, and Japanese culture to the winter months in Central Pennsylvania.
