Discounted hotel rates for Setsucon 2023 will be available at our three partner hotels, the Courtyard Altoona, the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Altoona, and the Fairfield Inn & Suites Altoona. Rooms are available to book through December 30th, 2022 and can be booked for Friday and Saturday nights at all hotels and from Thursday to Sunday at the Courtyard Altoona. Parking

The Blair County Convention Center offers free parking at the convention center during con hours. All participating hotels offer complimentary parking for their respective guests.

Driving a Car

Are you ready to take the easy route through Pennsylvania and drive to the con (which conveniently offers free parking on site)? We are too! Here are some directions to help you get to the convention center with ease.

From Philadelphia

  1. Merge onto US-30W towards I-76/Int’l Airport/Valley Forge.
  2. Stay straight to go onto I-76 W/Schuylkill Expy W.
  3. Take Exit 146 to US-220 towards Altoona/Johnstown/I-99.
  4. Merge onto I-99 N/US-220 N via the ramp on the left towards Altoona.
  5. Take Exit 31 to Plank Rd towards Duncansville/Hollidaysburg.
  6. Follow W. Plank Rd to Convention Center Blvd.
  7. Turn left onto Convention Center Blvd. The Blair County Convention Center entrance is on your left.

From Pittsburgh

  1. Merge onto I-376 E/US-22 E/Parkway East towards Monroeville.
  2. After 12 miles, merge onto US-22 E via left exit towards Murrysville.
  3. Keep left onto I-99 N/US-220 N towards Altoona.
  4. Take Exit 31 to Plank Rd towards Duncanville/Hollidaysburg.
  5. Follow W. Plank Rd to Convention Center Blvd.
  6. Turn left onto Convention Center Blvd. The Blair County Convention Center entrance is on your left.

From New York City

  1. Take Lincoln Tunnel W (Crossing into New Jersey).
  2. Lincoln Tunnel W becomes NJ-495 W, which becomes I-95 S/New Jersey Turnpike S.
  3. Take Exit 15W to merge onto I-280 W towards Newark/Kearny.
  4. Merge left to I-80 W. (Crossing into Pennsylvania).
  5. Take Exit 161 to US-220 S/PA-26 towards I-99 S/Bellefonte.
  6. Take Exit 31 to Plank Rd towards Duncansville/Hollidaysburg.
  7. Follow W. Plank Rd to Convention Center Blvd.
  8. Turn left onto Convention Center Blvd. The Blair County Convention Center entrance is on your left.

From Washington, DC

  1. Follow west on Constitution Ave NW/US-50 W towards 7th St NW.
  2. Merge onto I-66 W/US-50 W/Theodore Roosevelt Memorial Bridge W.
  3. Take exit on right and merge onto George Washington Memorial Parkway N (Crossing into Virginia).
  4. Merge onto I-495 N/Capital Beltway N towards Maryland (Crossing into Maryland).
  5. Keep left onto I-270 N via Exit 38 towards Rockville/Frederick.
  6. Take Exit 32 to merge onto I-70 W towards Hagerstown (Crossing into Pennsylvania).
  7. Follow I-70 W/US-30 E towards Pennsylvania Turnpike/I-76/Pittsburgh/Harrisburg/New Stanton.
  8. Take Exit 146 to US-220 towards Altoona/Johnstown/I-99.
  9. Take Exit 31 to Plank Rd towards Duncansville/Hollidaysburg.
  10. Follow W. Plank Rd to Convention Center Blvd.
  11. Turn left onto Convention Center Blvd. The Blair County Convention Center entrance is on your left.

Taking a Bus

Taking the Train

Altoona isn’t known as the Railroad City for no reason! Experience the industry that put the city on the map by taking a train to the convention. AMTRAK provides direct service to the Altoona Station via the Pennsylvania Line, which services New York, Philadelphia, Lancaster, Harrisburg, Johnstown, and Pittsburgh.
