Setsucon 2025 will be held in Winter 2025 at the Blair County Convention Center in Altoona, Pennsylvania.
You can buy a badge ahead of time by visiting the Registration Page. Or you can buy a badge at the door.
Setsucon is run by the students, alumni, and associate members of the Penn State Anime Organization. The convention has been completely run and funded by the organization since 2007.

Odds are, the answer is yes, but always check out our Cosplay Policies first before locking in. And if questions still linger, contact our Cosplay Department.
We can’t guarantee that we can bring every guest on the planet (we wish), but are more than happy to take recommendations. While they might not appear at the next Setsucon, they will be added to our running list of possible guests and may be invited in future years.
Founded in 2007 by the Penn State Anime Organization, Setsucon brings anime, manga, and Japanese culture to the winter months in Central Pennsylvania.
