Swap Meet Rules

To help make the swap meet safe, fair, and organized, all swappers must meet the following rules:

• The primary swapper must be at least 16 years of age at the time of the event.
• All swappers must have a valid badge at the time of the event.
• Space is First Come, First Served.
• No money exchanges – this is an item for item swapping event. This is not a replacement for the Exhibitors Hall.
• All exchanges must be done at the event; no exchanges can be done outside of the Swap Meet.
• Items should be in good condition; avoid bringing items that have rips, stains, or are in very poor condition. Older items with some wear are fine.
• Be respectful to others; if a swap cannot be made, then please move on.
• Commissions are prohibited.
• Shelving, racks, tables, etc. are not allowed to be brought into the room. Space at a table will be provided if available; all items shall fit in that space.
• Keep an eye on your own items; Setsucon is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
• The following items are not allowed:
  • Bootlegs
  • Weaponry of Any Kind
  • Metal Props
  • Flammable/Combustible Items
  • Unlicensed Reproductions
  • Food, Snacks, Beverages
  • Contact Lenses
  • 18+ or Adult Merchandise
  • Personally Created Artwork
