The period for submitting Exhibitors Room applications has now ended! Applications are being reviewed, and notifications will be sent the week of November 26, 2014 to December 2, 2014. Thanks to everyone who applied!

Panel submissions for Setsucon 2015 are now open! Have you ever had any interesting ideas you wanted to share or showcase? This upcoming Setsucon can be your opportunity to do so. Head over to our Panels page to fill out and submit an application. Be sure read over the rules carefully and remember to pre-register for the con!
There's no need to fear, Setsucon Pre-Registration is here! Pre-Registration for the entire weekend is only $25! Saturday only Pre-Registration is $18. Sunday only Pre-Registration is $12. Kids age 5 and under get in for free!

All Pre-Registrations must be postmarked by Friday, December 2nd, 2014 or they will not be counted. Please be sure to carefully read over our Policies and remember to include a completed Parental Consent Form if you will be under the age of 18 at the time of Setsucon.

Returning for its 9th year, Setsucon 2015 will be held on January 24-25th, 2015 at The Penn Stater Conference Center Hotel in State College, PA. Join us for the usual festivities including the Masquerade, Host Auction, and Setsu Odori!

Due to weather conditions and airport delays, there have been delays with some guests. In a effort to not cancel these guest panels, we have rearranged the schedule to accommodate their new travel plans.

Guest Panel Changes:
Though, Richard and Ellyn Stern Epcar are unable to make it out to Setsucon 2014 this year, they have decided to host a Q&A panel via Skype! The Q&A panel will be held at 8pm-9pm in Panels room 1!

Alexis Tipton Scary Story panel, feat. Leah Clark is now scheduled for 9:30pm to 10:30pm in Panels room 1!

Regrettably, due to weather conditions affecting travel, Richard Epcar and Ellyn Stern Epcar are unable to make it to Setsucon 2014. They made their best efforts to make it out to State College this weekend and are truly sorry to their fans that the weather forced them to cancel this year. Setsucon 2014 would like to thank them for all their efforts, and we apologize for this inconvenience. Due to this turn of events, there will be some schedule changes. Thank you everyone for your understanding.
First up, the 2014 Schedule is live!! Please be sure to occasionally check the schedule page since it is subject to change.

Setsucon's convention hours will be from 8:00 AM -12:00 AM(Midnight) on Saturday and 8:00 AM-6:00 PM on Sunday. All programming ends at 12:00 AM(Midnight) on Saturday and 6:00 PM on Sunday.

Next, Registration Information:
Pre-registered attendees can pick up their badges Friday, January 24th from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The Registration Desk will be open Saturday January 25th from 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM, and Sunday January 27th from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM for both registration and pre-registration pickup.

Setsucon is pleased to announce the card gaming events for 2014. This year we are running tournaments for Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh, and Cardfight Vanguard. Each event is a Swiss style tournament that will run until there is only a single undefeated player remaining. For more information on the tournaments and the rules that we will be using, go to our Programming page.
Attending Setsucon for her first time, please welcome Leah Clark as a guest to Setsucon 2014! Leah has voiced characters such as Nodoka in Negima, Suzuka in Suzuka, Rin in Toriko, Fuyuki in Sgt. Panel Applications for Setsucon 2014 are now closed! Thank you to everyone who submitted panels. We will now begin the process of reviewing all of the submissions. Applicants will be notified in the upcoming weeks about whether or not their panel has been accepted.
