Setsucon 2024 is right around the corner – so make sure to be aware of some friendly reminders:

• Friday Registration Opens at 4:45pm. This is for both pre-reg badge pickup and at-con purchases.
• If you are under 18 years of age as of Feb 1, 2024, you will need a signed parental consent form and either a parent or chaperone needs to be registered for the convention (with a full badge or chaperone badge). You can find the parental consent form on our registration page.
• If 18 years of age or older, you will need a Photo ID to register or pickup your badge. Contact our registration team via our website Contact Us form with any questions or exceptions.
• If you pre-registered, please bring a copy of your confirmation number (either on a phone or paper) to help speed up badge pickup. It is not mandatory, but will be a lot quicker.
• If you have not purchased a badge, at-con registrations are CASH ONLY. If you would like to pay via card, you can still register online day-of for a badge at the same price; we highly recommend registering online ahead of arrival to expedite your badge pickup.
• Please review the times and information on our schedule before you get to the convention so that you are familiar with when everything happens.
