Thank you for your interest in participating in our Promotional Exchange Program! We look forward to working with you and your team.
Below is the Promotional Exchange form for 2025. Setsucon 2025 will be held January 31st – February 2nd, 2025 at the Blair County Convention Center in Altoona, Pennsylvania. The convention starts at 5pm on Friday and runs through 6pm on Sunday.
Filling out this form will allow us to set up what exchange our two events will be participating in for the coming year. We offer numerous opportunities, both onsite and virtual. We also can work together with other opportunities throughout the year, if interested. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us if there are any questions.
We will additionally be hosting a Con Runners Meet-Up & Round Table event on Saturday, February 2st, 2025 (Location: TBD). We hope that you can join us for this event. More information will be available as we approach the convention weekend.
Please complete the below form to the best of your ability and as complete as possible. We will reach out a few weeks after form submission to confirm the exchange.
Please note, as hotel space is limited, we cannot guarantee a hotel swap every year and these will only be available as space allows. Those that have had hotel swaps in the past will be given first priority. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.
